7100NS  is a  a single pack paint that can be used for interior or exterior concrete, metal and wood.

It is generally used as an anti slip floor paint for foot traffic.  

• Anti-slip additive is premixed in the coating
• High film build in one coat
• Touch dry after 6 hours
• Apx. Coverage: 8m² per litre.
• Two coats recommended.

** Standard Colours are Transparent, Light Grey, Steel Grey and Black, but is also available in traffic yellow.

Epoxy Crack Filler

Before the winters snow and ice comes, now is the time to repair any small cracks in your concrete and save yourself the larger repair you will have to do when spring comes.

  For narrow hairline cracks in a floor use Epoxy Crack Filler

• Fast Curing
• Quick and easy to apply
• Economic in use
• Non-shrink

Coverage: 500ml will fill approx. 25 linear meters of a crack 2mm wide and 5mm deep.

Preparation: Cracks in concrete floors that require filling should be free from dust and debris and should be clean and dry.

 

Mixing: Empty the contents of the curing agent tin into the tin of resin and using a flat mixing blade, stir thoroughly. During mixing, scrape down the sides and bottom of the tin to avoid unblended resin /curing agent creating ‘soft spots’ in the cured product.

Application: Carefully pour out of the tin onto and along the line of the crack and level off by using a  straight edge or plastic scraper. Wipe away any excess. Leave to harden for approximately 4 hours at 20OC before coating or overlaying. The repair may be coated with any type of floor paint or high performance coating such as Anglo Epoxy Floor Paint.

Please Note: Anglo Epoxy Crack Filler is intended for surface filling only and will not remedy structural or bonding problems. Cracks caused by structural movement may reappear if movement persists. This product is not recommended for temperatures below 10 degrees.

Pourable Concrete Repair

  For heavily trafficked floors where you need a very fast drying product use  Pourable Concrete Repair

A quick and easy way to fill holes in heavily used concrete floors inside and outside. No primer is required – just mix the powder with water and pour into the hole. This rapid setting concrete repair bonds to damp or dry surfaces and can be applied at thicknesses from feather edge to 100mm.

• Sets for foot traffic after 30 minutes and heavy traffic after 2 hours.

Coverage: 25kg covers 2.5m² at 5mm thickness.

Vertical Concrete Repair

A two-pack epoxy resin repair mortar with special lightweight fillers for repairing vertical surfaces. Suitable for concrete, render and stone.

Coverage: 2.5kg covers 0.6m² at 5mm thickness.

Epoxy Bond is recommended as a primer before using this product, which is a two-pack epoxy
resin adhesive primer.
